Your data

What Green Serenity keeps, where it keeps it, and how to remove it.
Last updated 5 August 2026.

There is no account to delete

Green Serenity has no sign-up, no login and no user profiles. We hold no record of you on any server: no name, no email address, no identifier, no history of what you opened. There is therefore no account deletion request to make, because there is no account and no stored data to erase.

Everything the app saves is kept in its private storage on your own phone, and removing the app removes all of it.

What the app stores on your device

In full — this is the complete list:

None of this identifies you, none of it is transmitted to us, and none of it is shared with anyone. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Removing it on iPhone or iPad

iOS has no "clear data" button for individual apps, so deleting the app is how you clear its storage:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap General, then iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).
  3. Find and tap Green Serenity in the list.
  4. Tap Delete App and confirm.

You can also press and hold the app icon on the Home Screen and choose Remove App → Delete App.

Choose Delete, not Offload. "Offload App" removes the app but deliberately keeps its data so that reinstalling restores your settings. To clear everything, use Delete App.

Removing it on Android

To clear the data but keep the app installed:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Apps (on some phones, Apps & notifications).
  3. Find and tap Green Serenity.
  4. Tap Storage & cache.
  5. Tap Clear storage, then confirm.

To remove it entirely, uninstall the app:

  1. Press and hold the Green Serenity icon.
  2. Tap Uninstall, then confirm.

Menu names vary a little between manufacturers, but the path is consistently Settings → Apps → Green Serenity → Storage.

A note about phone backups

If iCloud Backup or Android Backup is switched on, your operating system may have included this app's storage in a backup of your phone. That backup belongs to your Apple or Google account, not to us, and we cannot see it or reach it. Manage or delete it through your device settings, in the same place you manage backups for every other app.

What is on our servers

Nothing about you personally. Our server stores the project's content — the guides, stories, tutorials and gallery that the app downloads — and that is all.

The one exception, described honestly in our privacy policy, is the standard access log every web server keeps: the IP address a request came from, the time, the address requested and the app's user-agent string. Those entries are deleted automatically after 14 days, are never used to build a profile, and are not linked to anything else.

Making a request

If you would like to exercise any of your rights under the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability — write to info@green-serenity.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Please be aware of what is realistically possible: with no account and no stored identifier, we usually have no way to locate anything relating to you. If your request concerns a server log entry, we would need the IP address and the approximate time, and even then the entry may already have been deleted.
